PEC exams were organized by the Director Public Instructions (DPI) that provided guidelines with ModelQuestion Papers Grade-V and Grade-VIII. Officials of the Executive District Education was asked to developthe work of questions according to the pattern of model documents and also organize gradings V and VIII in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Directorate. However, the timing of the tests, along with the planof activities was conducted by the Directorate of Education (EE), Punjab.
